Payment, Current Boat Registration & Current Proof of Insurance (Declaration Page) must be emailed or submitted to the Knolls office by April 1st to guarantee slip retention. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

• Registration and Insurance must match the name of Knolls property owner requesting the space
• No boat may be placed in a slip/space until full payment, registration & proof of Insurance are received
• If a boat is in a slip/space without submitting full payment, registration, & proof of insurance the boat will be towed at the owner’s expense
• If you have not paid prior year’s marine fees, you will not receive a slip for this year.
• Boats must be in by July 1 or your slip will be reassigned
• Prior Year CK Taxes, Interest & Fees must be paid in full in order to retain/receive any Marine slips
